The Delivery Rider is responsible for picking up and delivering parcels, documents, or food orders safely, efficiently, and on time. This role requires strong navigation skills, punctuality, customer service, and the ability to handle deliveries using a motorcycle, scooter, or bicycle.
📝 Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
Pick up and deliver items to customers according to assigned routes and schedules.
Verify order details before departure and ensure accurate handover upon delivery.
Maintain communication with dispatchers, supervisors, or the operations team.
Follow traffic laws and ensure safe riding at all times.
Handle parcels carefully to avoid damage or loss.
Collect payments (if applicable) and maintain proper documentation.
Keep the delivery vehicle clean, fueled/charged, and well-maintained.
Report incidents, delays, or mechanical issues immediately.
