🔍 Role Overview

The Delivery Rider is responsible for picking up and delivering parcels, documents, or food orders safely, efficiently, and on time. This role requires strong navigation skills, punctuality, customer service, and the ability to handle deliveries using a motorcycle, scooter, or bicycle.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver items to customers according to assigned routes and schedules.
• Verify order details before departure and ensure accurate handover upon delivery.
• Maintain communication with dispatchers, supervisors, or the operations team.
• Follow traffic laws and ensure safe riding at all times.
• Handle parcels carefully to avoid damage or loss.
• Collect payments (if applicable) and maintain proper documentation.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean, fueled/charged, and well-maintained.
• Report incidents, delays, or mechanical issues immediately.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

📦 Requirements

• Valid motorcycle/scooter driving license (Class varies by country).
• Own motorcycle/scooter OR company-provided vehicle.
• Good knowledge of local routes and navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry packages (typically 5–20kg).
• Strong time-management and communication skills.
• Clean driving record and responsible riding habits.
• High level of punctuality and reliability.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a delivery rider, courier, dispatch rider, or similar.
• Customer service experience.
• Smartphone proficiency (scanning, routing apps, receiving tasks).
• Basic mechanical knowledge of motorcycles (bonus).
